Window displays for the Luca Faloni stores, redesigned every season for shopfronts of different widths. Everything is built from modular elements that are recomposed, re-clad and kept in the shop as props once the season ends. Three concepts followed one another: folding screens in autumn-winter, sails in spring-summer on the same plinths with a new finish, and the Italian monuments in the following autumn-winter.

I carried the project from concept to installation, defining pieces, costs and assembly with the producer and preparing a schedule per piece, with image and quantity, to organise the shipments and follow the installation remotely.
