A feasibility study to turn the former CIAPI training centre in Chieti into a sports and health campus for the University of Chieti-Pescara, with a multistorey car park, for an estimated €22.2 million.
From the CAD survey and the structural model received in IFC, I built the BIM model with existing and proposed states as separate phases, so that demolitions and new parts could be quantified, and exported it to CAD for the MEP consultant. I also produced the drawing set and part of the masterplan, including the outdoor spaces and the six-level car park.
